I have been involved in the design of several General Practice computer systems, other medical informatic systems in clinical use, and the development of clinical coding and classification systems.

I have written working code for various systems, some of which was in production use for over 10 years, and some which was for demonstration purposes.

I said X.400 was a bad idea for NHS Mail before anyone else admitted it.
