Other Stuff - Not MineDr Richard Ayres wrote interestingly about his management experiences in the NHS in Exeter. Interestingly, of the arguably valid criticisms in the responses to that article, the key ones have been generally recognised as being invalid, indeed the occupants of the positions those who wrote them as criticism of Ayres are now enthusiastically pursuing opposite policies. The Vicar of Bray is alive, well, and working in the NHS, whose major problem is located in its managers, their culture and management.
